Junior continues his rampage against the hookers he blames for his mother´s death! He completes his mission against the two call girls (CJ DiMarsico and Lora Renee Miller) from Part 1. And then he arranges to meet a hooker played by Veronika Blu. Veronika plays twins, Tina and Mia, one a bad girl and the other a good girl, both of whom encounter Charlie and don´t live to tell about it. Shannon Albright (previously known as Shannon Guild) guest stars as a beautiful woman seeking plastic surgery, but she chooses the wrong doctor in Junior and pays the price with a horrible death!
