Jerry Stubbs
Jerry Stubbs is a retired American professional wrestler, best known for his "Mr. Olympia" character. He began his career in 1976, wrestling in various promotions, including Georgia Championship Wrestling and Mid-South. In the 1980s, he adopted the "Mr. Olympia" persona and became prominent in tag teams with wrestlers like Junkyard Dog and Arn Anderson, winning multiple tag team championships.
In 1986, he became the Continental Champion and had a heated feud with the Armstrong brothers. He also wrestled in Japan and, throughout his career, played a key role in creating the "Mr. Perfect" character for Curt Hennig. Stubbs left a significant impact on professional wrestling, both for his in-ring skills and his influence on other wrestlers.
